To enable fruitful discussion and rich exchange; groups in disqourse are always small: They consist of just four to six participants! Five participants is the ideal group size for a group in disqourse.
In disqourse, small groups of learners meet for 90-minute online sessions every 7 to 14 days. During every session, the group works through a new, exciting set of materials. Five such 90-minute online sessions form a “cycle”.
Every single disqourse session is content-rich and fun! Every cycle consists of 5 individual sessions that cover essential topics for working in complexity. All topics are fundamental to organizational agility and to change that sticks.
